I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?

If you suspect fraud or unauthorized activity in your account, we urge you to contact us immediately. We can be reached on our service line +31 203233707, or you can use the Help Center in the app, or send us an email via support-nl@webull.com.


If you still have access to your account, please navigate to 'Menu' > 'Settings' > 'Account and Security' to immediately change your trading and login passwords. Please also reset the Pattern Lock and check your Two-Factor Authentication settings for any irregularities.
