Segregation of Assets

As a regulated financial institution, we are legally required to keep clients’ invested assets separate from the company’s own assets. This structure ensures that our clients remain the ultimate owners of their assets at all times, providing an important layer of protection in the event of the company's bankruptcy.

If something were to go seriously wrong with the company, the investor compensation scheme guarantees that clients will be reimbursed for their investments and balances up to a maximum of €20,000 per person.

In addition, funds held in a Cash Account with Webull EU are protected up to €100,000 per client under the applicable deposit guarantee scheme.
